Puede ser necesaria la colocaci\u00f3n de un drenaje aspiratorio por uno o m\u00e1s d\u00edas.<\/p><h6 style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif; color: #4d4d4d;\">Reducci\u00f3n mamaria<\/h6><p class=\"phrase_text2\">Los pacientes que solicitan reducci\u00f3n mamaria prensentan una variedad de diferentes problemas: desde la joven con mamas desproporcionadas por crecimiento excesivo durante la pubertad, hasta la mujer madura con mamas grandes, inc\u00f3modas, colgantes, con dolor mamario asociado a irritaci\u00f3n, dolor de espalda y hombros, en algunos casos discapacitante.<\/p><p>El cirujano reseca la gl\u00e1ndula excedente junto con grasa y piel, y recoloca el pez\u00f3n y la ar\u00e9ola en su nueva posici\u00f3n. Tambi\u00e9n se deja un tubo delgado en cada pecho para drenar la sangre y los l\u00edquidos por un d\u00eda o dos.<\/p><p>Se sentir\u00e1 aliviada de la incomodidad provocada por los pechos grandes, su cuerpo tendr\u00e1 un aspecto m\u00e1s proporcionado y su ropa le quedar\u00e1 mucho mejor.<\/p><h6 style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif; color: #4d4d4d;\">Pexia mamaria<\/h6><p class=\"phrase_text2\">Con el paso de los a\u00f1os, diversos factores como el embarazo, la lactancia, y la misma fuerza de gravedad, tienen su efecto en los senos de una mujer. A medida que la piel pierde elasticidad, las mamas pierden frecuentemente su forma y se caen.
